United Airlines has opened a new concourse at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, expanding its footprint at one of the carrier's major hubs.

The new facility adds additional gates to support United's operations, along with local restaurant options and a new United Club lounge. The airline described the club as the largest airline lounge in the Americas.

The opening is part of United's ongoing investment in its Houston hub, where the carrier has been expanding both domestic and international service.

United announced the opening through a press release issued on October 21, 2026.
