Spirit Airlines has sold its final Airbus aircraft as part of a bankruptcy deal valued at $421 million, according to FlightGlobal.

The transaction offloads the last of the carrier's Airbus fleet as Spirit works through its bankruptcy restructuring.

The sale was reported on September 24, 2026.
