Swiss aviation technology company Metafuels has secured a €1.92 million grant from the Dutch government to advance its 'Turbe' e-SAF (electro-sustainable aviation fuel) plant in the Port of Rotterdam. The grant supports front-end engineering, permitting, and commercial development targeting a final investment decision in mid-2026 and production from 2030, aligning with ReFuelEU Aviation mandates.
